Here’s an easy way to check: When you start your car and press the “CAR” or “SETUP” button near the gear stick, look at the screen on your dashboard. If the menu appears with a coloured display and smooth graphics (not basic red or orange text), there’s a good chance you have the MMI 3G system. You can also check the version by pressing “SETUP” followed by “Version” on the screen – if it shows something like HNav, HN+ or HN+R, that confirms it’s MMI 3G.
