Refund Policy:

We offer a 12 month warranty on all products from the date of the order. If you receive a defective or faulty product, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund once the faulty item is returned to us for testing. To initiate the refund process, please contact us at sales@k-techmodules.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the product or use our return feature on the website.

Returns Policy:

We offer a 30-day returns period for all products. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please contact us at Sales@k-techmodules.co.uk or use the online return feature on the website, within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that return postage and any import costs incurred are to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns to ensure that the product is delivered safely and on time.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is deemed eligible for a return, we will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
