Shipping policy

UK Deliveries

• All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
• We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Once dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 3 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as postal delays.

Missing UK Parcels

• A parcel will not be deemed lost or missing until 10 days from the date of posting.
• If a parcel is confirmed as missing after this period, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion.

International Deliveries

• International shipping times vary depending on the destination country.
• As a guide, customers should anticipate delivery within 10–12 working days from the date of dispatch.

Please be aware that international delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

• International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by their country.
• We will declare the value of your purchase excluding delivery costs, in line with shipping regulations.
• K-Tech Modules has no control over customs charges, inspection delays, or parcels held due to unpaid fees.
• We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by customs clearance issues.
